We advised longstanding client Everards Brewery Limited on what will be the largest retail development in the region, comprising 26 new stores over 350,000 sq. ft. with an estimated developed value of £150m.

In particular we: negotiated the pre-letting of what will be Next’s largest unit, negotiated with Next on a promotion agreement to bring the site forward through the planning process and advising the client on planning and highway issues.

We also negotiated with the owners of the adjacent Fosse Park, Crown Estates, and its joint venture Chinese partner, Cingko Tree for the sale of the extension subject to planning and securing anchor lettings.

We; advised Everards in relation to the construction of a new brewery and leisure development on an adjacent site.
