Long term employee sickness continues to have a huge impact on businesses affecting productivity, time and money. Our employment team will look at HR issues surrounding long term sickness absence, occupational health input and discrimination issues.
We will also provide an update on Gender Pay Gap reporting; the revised draft regulations have been issued and are expected to come into force on 6 April 2017. Delegates shall also receive a copy of our Gender Pay Gap Guide at the seminar but in the meantime, please read what businesses can do now to prepare for the new regulations and discrimination issues. We are delighted to say that we will be joined at the seminar by an occupational health doctor from BHSF who will give us an insight into how to get the best out of an occupational health referral.
