Intellectual Property Seminar

Our upcoming Intellectual Property seminar will be held at our offices in Birmingham on 15 May 2018 at 9am - 1.30pm. As always we have tried to pick topical subjects of wide interest, and we hope for an interesting debate at the end of each talk.

Kerry Russell, Associate - Shakespeare Martineau - will give us an update on the shifting ground of Adwords and trade mark functions.

Mauro Paiano, Partner - Shakespeare Martineau - will look at the role of IP rights in the fourth Industrial Revolution.

Martin Noble, Partner - Shakespeare Martineau - will review the impending changes coming with the General Data Protection Regulation which affect all businesses to a greater or lesser degree.

Our guest speaker is Jonny Moss, Barrister - Hogarth Chambers - he will give an overview of patent litigation in the aftermath of Actavis - have things actually changed very much?

There is no charge for attending, but places are limited and advance booking is required - please email to secure your place.

For further information, please contact Rumena Rahman.
