Commercial property partner joins Shakespeare Martineau

Law firm Shakespeare Martineau grows real estate team in the Stratford-upon-Avon office with the appointment of a specialist commercial property partner.

Caroline Irvine makes the move following a 12-year stint at Worcester-based Harrison Clark Rickerbys, where she headed up the commercial and residential property teams. She brings with her a wealth of experience, with particular expertise in non-contentious landlord and tenant cases.

Working within the Stratford office’s 11-strong real estate team, Caroline will use her insight to enhance the firm’s existing commercial property offering and expand its existing client base.

Louise Drew, partner and head of real estate at Shakespeare Martineau’s Stratford office, said:

“As a firm, we are constantly looking for new ways to further enhance our client offering and Caroline’s specialist knowledge will do just that. Her vast experience in commercial property law makes her a hugely valuable addition to our practice and our clients.”

Caroline Irvine, commercial property partner at Shakespeare Martineau, said:

“With ambitious growth plans and a number of exciting projects underway, Shakespeare Martineau stood out to me as the ideal firm to progress my career with. The Stratford office boasts a strong team and I look forward to working with everyone on both new and existing clients.”
