Department of Energy and Climate Change sets out proposals for reform of the Renewable Heat Incentive

The Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) published a consultation paper on 3 March 2016 entitled Proposed reforms of the existing Domestic and Non-Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive schemes. The consultation period closes on 27 April 2016, although some of the changes are proposed to take effect from 1 April 2016 (even though the consultation period is continuing).
