Shakespeare Martineau continues Leicester expansion with new partner hire
Shakespeare Martineau, has strengthened its real estate offering in Leicester with the appointment of a specialist commercial property partner.
Mark Oldershaw makes the move following stints with national firms Freeths and Gately Plc and having spent nearly nine years at Howes Percival, where he headed up its retail law practice. He joins Shakespeare Martineau’s 96-strong office located at Colton Square and will be responsible for continuing the growth of the existing team, while expanding the firm’s property and logistics practices further.
Mark has more than 28 years of experience advising national and international retail, trade, office, industrial and logistics occupiers with large space requirements, and the management and expansion of large property portfolios for those clients. He acts for a number of national retail and logistics companies including Brantano, Jones Bootmaker and XPO Logistics.
