Shakespeare Martineau scoops Client Advisor of the Year

Shakespeare Martineau has won the Client Advisor of the Year at the 2016 East Midlands Insider Property Awards. The team fought off competition for the coveted award, breaking the mould of the award going to a traditional property or construction consultancy firm.

The annual property awards are an opportunity to celebrate success and quality in the sector. In its 16th year, the event took place on Thursday 29 September 2016 at The Nottingham Belfry Hotel.

The team at Shakespeare Martineau were named winners of the award with judges highlighting the Firm’s high work ethic, skill at dealing with complex cases and strength across the region.

Nottingham Office Partner at Shakespeare Martineau, Alex Smith, commented: “As one of the regions fastest growing property advisors we’re thrilled to have won the Award, receiving recognition from our peers within the East Midlands Property Industry."

Real Estate Partner, Brendan Walsh, added: “We’re delighted to be able to showcase our breadth of experience, strength and depth on some of the regions leading projects and over the coming weeks and months we look forward to growing and building upon new and existing relationships.

“It shows that our unique offering in the region of holistic advice from Lawyers, Town and Country Planners, RICS qualified surveyors and Property Managers all under one roof is being well received by our clients.”

"We're excited about working with Shakespeare Martineau to show
how integral teamwork is in both sporting and business
environments. We also share similar beliefs when it comes to
fostering upcoming talent."
