Lender Services

We know the complexities of the lender market and our dedicated banking disputes team holds the experience and skills needed to help clients navigate the financial services industry with ease.

We provide practical commercial solutions to lenders on the following issues:

 Collections

Consumer credit issues, including drafting documentation

Enforcement of guarantees

Forfeiture

Fraud

Injunctions

Professional negligence

Recovery of funds, moveable assets and receivables

Security enforcement

Security sales

As well as having extensive experience in core and complex recovery matters, we have processes in place to deal with volume recovery work, while always considering time and cost implications for our clients.

In addition to offering litigious recovery advice, we have a property team within the department to provide advice on perfecting and registering security, issues of priority and postponement and the sale of securities.

We adopt a risk-based approach and recognise that there are cases which present a reputational risk to lenders and we have the ability to manage matters with a view to reducing lenders’ exposure and protecting reputation.

We are able to offer a call recording service which is fully PCI DSS compliant should we take payments on behalf of lender clients.
