We aim to make a positive difference in all that we do.

This is as true for our communities as it is for our clients.  Indeed, we’ve written this commitment into the constitution of the Firm reflecting our aim to be a responsible and sustainable and above all thoughtful business.

CSR is more than words.  Our active involvement is an integral part of the spirit of our Firm.  We want our people to be involved with causes they are passionate about or have a personal connection with – where this matches the communities in which we operate it’s a compelling proposition.

Our approach focuses on three areas – Energy, Sustainability and Community Contribution.  Ultimately, we want to have a positive impact on the environment, our stakeholders and our community.

Our commitment to action is shown in a number of ways including:

Championing our clients’ and employees’ charitable activities through participation and sponsorship.

Creating a working environment where everyone can understand and achieve their full potential.

Minimising as far as practical any adverse effect on the environment.

If there is a better way of doing things, our people, clients and suppliers are encouraged to tell us.

Supporting charitable and community projects, with both a national and local focus.

Whether through sponsorship, mentoring, volunteering or sporting activity, we encourage all of our people to get involved.  From our trainees, to our senior partners, to our Business Services teams, we want our people to be role models and original thinkers making a difference in all our communities.

"We’re delighted to be at the beginning of a partnership between two teams who share the same winning spirit and focus on supporting talent to achieve their potential. Everyone here has a great sense of pride and excitement to be working with Team England – a team that, after all, reflects just how much can be achieved by a diverse and varied group of individuals all focused on one goal. We can’t wait to get started."
