Imran is a Solicitor specialising in Litigation and Corporate Restructuring. He advises on a variety of restructuring, recovery and insolvency issues, including contested insolvency work.
Imran is skilled in providing innovative and cost-effective legal solutions to both commercial and individual clients, with a wealth of experience gained working at several international and national law firms, including working within an in-house capacity for a blue chip automotive company. Imran has advised clients ranging from private individuals to FTSE 100 companies.
He graduated from Aston University with an LLB Law degree and later completed the Legal Practice Course & MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law. During his training contract, he completed seats in Commercial Litigation, Employment, Commercial Property, Private Client & Trusts, and Corporate & Commercial. Additionally, he is the National Representative for Buckinghamshire & Northamptonshire Junior Lawyers Division and longstanding Committee Member at the Milton Keynes & Northamptonshire Next Generation Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of work, Imran enjoys playing football, traveling, and exploring different cuisines.
